Apple is expected to release new M4 Macs and a refreshed iPad mini on November 1, according to a new report from Mark Gurman.
In his latest newsletter to subscribers, Gurman says that Apple will likely to unveil the following products at the end of October, ahead of an expected release on Friday, November 1.
● Low-end 14-inch MacBook Pro with M4 chip (code-named J604).
● High-end 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M4 chips (J614 and J616).
● Revamped Mac mini in M4 and M4 Pro chip configurations (J773).
● Refreshed iMac with an M4 chip (J623).
● Refreshed iPad mini (J410).
Gurman anticipates that Apple will follow that up with another set of product releases in the first half of 2025. Those are likely to include new M4 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models (J613 and J615), a revamped iPhone SE (V59), refreshed 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Air models (J607 and J637) with companion Magic Keyboards (R307 and R308), and an upgraded AirTag (B589).
To finish off the M4 lineup, Apple has new Mac Studio and Mac Pro devices in development. Gurman expects the Mac Studio launch in the middle of 2025 and the Mac Pro to release sometime in the second half of 2025.
