News 9 has obtained a copy of that order that was signed by a judge, and it reveals some details about what the superintendent said started all this.“I am fearful for my safety as she had a purpose relative to tracking not only my whereabouts, but my two children,” Brecht wrote as part of a order application against a school district employee. According to the petition, Becht and one of her children got alerts on their phones while driving her car that said an Apple AirTag was following their location. Becht writes that her family found the device on the under-frame car and took it to the police, who allegedly traced it back to the district employee. A circuit court judge signed off on the order, prohibiting that person from being within 300 feet of the superintendent or having any contact with her. In the petition, Becht indicates she plans to terminate the employee.”I am gravely concerned she will disclose confidential work information and seek retaliation against me and my family,” she wrote.
